By accessing, browsing, booking services through, or making purchases from our website, social media platforms, or in-person location, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. 1. BUSINESS INFORMATION

Love Lift Arch is a limited liability company (LLC) owned and operated by a single service provider. All services are performed by a licensed professional unless otherwise stated.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Love Lift Arch provides beauty and personal care services including, but not limited to:

  • Eyebrow shaping and grooming

  • Facials and skincare treatments

  • Lash lifts

  • Retail sales of skincare, makeup, body care, and related goods

All services are provided for cosmetic and aesthetic purposes only and are not medical treatments.

3. ELIGIBILITY

By using our services or purchasing products, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

4. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

All services and products provided by Love Lift Arch are non-medical. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, or skin concerns prior to receiving services. Love Lift Arch is not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed conditions or failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or under a doctor’s care, consult a medical professional before receiving services.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By receiving services from Love Lift Arch, you acknowledge that beauty treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to irritation, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with results. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with services and product use.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Results from beauty services vary based on individual factors including skin type, hair growth, lifestyle, and aftercare. Love Lift Arch does not guarantee specific results.

7. APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Appointment policies (including deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows) are enforced to protect business operations. Failure to comply with posted policies may result in:

  • Loss of deposit

  • Refusal of future bookings

  • Service cancellation

Policies may be updated at any time without notice.

8. PRODUCT SALES & RETURNS

All retail product sales are final, unless otherwise stated. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Love Lift Arch is not responsible for improper use of products or failure to follow product instructions.

9. PAYMENT TERMS

We accept approved forms of payment as listed at checkout or in-studio. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be applied to taxable goods.

Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may result in permanent service refusal.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Business name

  • Website content

  • Images

  • Text

  • Social media content

are the exclusive property of Love Lift Arch and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

11. CLIENT CONDUCT

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for:

  • Disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

  • Harassment

  • Violation of policies

  • Unsafe or unsanitary conditions

No refunds will be issued in cases of service refusal due to client conduct.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Lift Arch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from:

  • Use of services or products

  • Website use

  • Booking systems

  • Allergic reactions

  • Dissatisfaction with results

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service or product.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Love Lift Arch, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of services, products, or violation of these Terms.

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect client confidentiality and protect personal information as required by law.
