This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made online and in person with Love Lift Arch LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Shipping Policy (Online Orders)

Order Processing

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, Love Lift Arch LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.

In-Store Pickup (If Offered)

Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. This includes:

  • Skincare, body care, makeup, and cosmetic products

  • Lash, brow, and beauty products

  • In-store and online purchases

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer

  • Change of mind

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Online Orders Only)

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same item, or

  • Store credit (at our discretion)

Refunds are not guaranteed.

Service Sales (Brow, Lash, Facial Services)

  • All service payments are non-refundable.

  • Results vary by individual; no guarantees are made.

  • By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Unauthorized chargebacks or false claims may result in:

  • Permanent refusal of future service or sales

  • Submission of documentation to the payment processor

We reserve the right to protect our business from fraudulent activity.
