Reservations & Studio Etiquette

Deposits: All facial bookings require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your slot. This deposit will be applied to your final service total.
Late Cancellations (Including Illness): If you cancel, reschedule, or miss your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice for any reason—including sudden illness—your deposit will be forfeited.
Next Steps: A new deposit will be required to book your next treatment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our schedule moving smoothly.

Once your appointment has been reserved, you will be sent an initial reservation confirmation via text message and email. This is only a confirmation that your appointment has been made and provides you with the details of when it is, what treatments were scheduled, and our address.
48 hours prior to your reservation, you will receive a link via text message to both confirm your appointment and to fill out necessary consultation forms and waivers. All forms must be filled prior to your appointment time. If they are not completed prior, your treatment time may be shortened to complete these essential forms. If you are unable to complete your forms prior to your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete them and to ensure that you receive the full time that you reserved. If you have reserved treatments that require a set amount of time to perform, have not completed your intake forms prior, and do not arrive 15 minutes early to complete them, your reservation will be cancelled and your card on file will be charged 95% cost of all reserved treatments. Because I use highly active biotech lines like Auteur and Epicutis, your safety is my top priority. I require a detailed consultation before we begin to ensure your skin barrier gets exactly what it needs to heal safely.

All appointments require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Please note that “rescheduling” with less than 24 hours notice is a cancellation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged 40% cost of your reserved treatments.
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the card on file will be charged 95% cost of your retained treatments.

If you or a member of your household is experiencing signs of illness or has been exposed to a contagious condition, please notify us immediately to reschedule.
